| Return Procedure
We are 100% committed to our product
as well as service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your order or our service, we will be glad to accept a return.
Keys to a smooth return:
- Please
return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. For
recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address
labels directly to the surface of the shoebox. Please indicate
reason for return on back of invoice.
- Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS
or insured parcel post. A return label can be found on the lower
right hand portion of the invoice enclosed with the original shipment
(or see below for return address). Please include a copy of invoice
with your return.
- If a mistake was made on our part
(i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first
90 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $6.00)
and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge.
Otherwise, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Refunds on returns, exchanges,
and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the
credit card used in the original purchase.
- Due to our efforts to bring you
the latest in AVIA footwear and apparel we request that items
are returned within 45 days of receipt.
