Shipping Information

• Orders placed on AVIAdirect.com will be shipped out the next business day after they are processed. If an order is placed after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.
• Orders are shipping from Beaverton, Oregon.
• Ground service orders will take approximately 3-5 business days going to the West Coast, 5-7 business days going to the Central Region of the Country, or 7-10 business days going to the East Coast.
• Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from when they ship.
  Unfortunately we do not ship Express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
• AVIA direct will gladly ship to all Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Addresses. Please provide an appropriate Postal Service address as these orders will ship via Postal Service priority mail.
• AVIA Direct does ship to Canada. Please keep in mind that all Canadian orders are subject to custom fees and duties and are the responsibility of the customer.
