Return Procedure

We are 100% committed to our product as well as service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or our service, we will be glad to accept a return. Keys to a smooth return:

• Please return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoebox. Please indicate reason for return on back of invoice.
• Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS or insured parcel post. A return label can be found on the lower right hand portion of the invoice enclosed with the original shipment (or see below for return address). Please include a copy of invoice with your return.
• If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 90 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $7.00) and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. Otherwise, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Refunds on returns, exchanges, and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the credit card used in the original purchase.
• Due to our efforts to bring you the latest in AVIA footwear and apparel we request that items are returned within 45 days of receipt.

Shipping Information

• Orders placed on AVIAdirect.com will be shipped out the next business day after they are processed. If an order is placed after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.
• Orders are shipping from Beaverton, Oregon.
• Ground service orders will take approximately 3-5 business days going to the West Coast, 5-7 business days going to the Central Region of the Country, or 7-10 business days going to the East Coast.
• Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from when they ship. Unfortunately we do not ship Express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
• AVIA direct will gladly ship to all Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Addresses. Please provide an appropriate Postal Service address as these orders will ship via Postal Service priority mail.
• AVIA Direct does ship to Canada. Please keep in mind that all Canadian orders are subject to custom fees and duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees and duties range from 26-35%.
